Day 1: Transfer to Ruhengeri / Musanze.

 Arrival: A company representative from our team will meet you at the Kigali International Airport or pick you up from your hotel in Kigali, Rwanda, on Day 1 of this fantastic 2-Day Rwanda Hiking Safari.

Next, you will take part in a quick city tour of Kigali that includes stops at the local market and the Genocide memorial. You will then be transferred to the twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo along the way. After arriving in Musanze, spend the evening at leisure lounging around the lodge getting ready for the hike the following day or exploring the neighborhood.

 Day 2: Bisoke (Visoke) Hike – Volcanoes National Park.

 On the second and last day of the 2 Days Rwanda Hiking Safari, you will have breakfast before heading out to trek Mount Bisoke, which is a part of the Volcanoes National Park, which is home to Rwanda gorillas. You will find a stunning crater lake when you reach the summit, and the entire experience is breathtaking. The reason Rwanda is known as the “country of a thousand hills” is due to the abundance of birdlife and beautiful scenery along the trail. You will have relished the excursion once you’ve had this experience.

City Tour: After the trek, you will eat lunch and then travel to Kigali city, where, if time permits, you will visit the genocide museum before being dropped off at your accommodation in Kigali or transferred to the airport.
