Day 1: Arrival at the airport and city tour.

On the first day of 3 days Kibale chimpanzee trekking, you will be picked at Entebbe International Airport by your safari guide who will brief you about the Uganda safari.

After the briefing you will embark on your Kampala city tour where you will visit various Kampala sites like Uganda Museum, Kasubi tombs, visiting Nakasero market where you will get to interact with various people.

After the Kampala city tour , you drive to Kibale National Park, along the way you can have a stopover where you will have your lunch, then after taking lunch you proceed with your journey to Kibale national park.

Upon your arrival in Kibale National Park, you will have to check in your lodge as you relax while waiting to be served with dinner and the overnight stay.

Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale National Park.

Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast and get your packed lunch. Then you can meet with your guide and drive to the headquarters for the rules, regulations, and expectations for chimpanzee trekking.

After the briefing, you can be grouped in various groups of about 8 members per group and then be given by park guides per group and go to park jungles.

Chimpanzee trekking takes a period of about 3 to 6 hours. Immediately you spot the chimpanzees you can be given one to be with the presence of the chimpanzees in their natural habitats while watching them feed, breastfeed, playing, the old ones grooming the young ones, taking pictures and recording them videos.

After chimpanzee trekking you head back to the park headquarters you had started from and you receive your chimpanzee trekking certificates.

After you meet up with your guide and go back to the lodge for a dinner, evening relaxation and overnight stay.

Day 3: Nature walks/hiking and departure.

Wake up early in the morning and be served with breakfast. Meet up with tour guide to go for a nature walk in Kibale National Park as this is the most exciting safari activity where the visitors will get the opportunity to explore the park on foot with the company of well-experienced park guide and armed ranger guide to protect you from danger.
