5 days Aruu falls and Kidepo wildlife safari takes you to kidepo valley national park which is found in the north eastern Uganda in karamoja region. The national park is a home to wildlife species such as elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, giraffes, bohor, reedbucks and hyenas among others as well as bird species such as secretary birds, Kori bustards and ostriches among others which are seen while on the game drive. After you will connect to Aruu falls where you will enjoy the amazing views of the waterfall.

DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 1; TRANSFER TO KITGUM

 Depending on your location, you will meet the safari guide for a briefing. After the briefing, you will start on the journey to kidepo valley national park in the north eastern Uganda. While on the journey, you will have an enroute lunch in Gulu town and on arrival, you will check into your lodge for dinner and a night stay

DAY 2; TRANSFER TO KIDEPO VALLEY NATIONAL PARK – AFTERNOON GAME DRIVE

After morning breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and embark on the journey to kidepo valley national park. On arrival, you will check into your lodge for lunch. After lunch, you will go for an afternoon game drive where you will go in the Narus valley which is known for being a home to wildlife species. While on the game drive, you will spot animals such as zebras, giraffes, waterbucks, elephants, buffaloes, oribi, elands and warthogs among others. After the game drive you will drive back to the lodge for dinner and a night stay.

DAY 3; MORNING GAME DRIVE AND TRANSFER TO KITGUM

After an early morning breakfast, you will go for a morning game drive within the park where you will spot animals such as giraffes, zebras, elephants, Jackson’s hartebeest, lions, leopards, hyenas and cheetahs among others. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for lunch.

After lunch, you will check out of the lodge and drive to kitgum. On arrival, you will check into your lodge for dinner and a night stay.

DAY 4; TRANSFER TO ARUU FALLS AND GULU DISTRICT

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Aruu falls which are found in pader district in the northern Uganda. On arrival, you will have a waterfalls tour where you will have views of the waterfall, beautiful scenery as you listen to the roars of the water and have lunch at the large rocks at the bottom of the falls. After the Aruu falls experience, you will be transferred to Gulu district where you will check into your lodge for dinner and night stay.

DAY 5; TRANSFER TO KAMPALA

After a relaxed breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and embark on the journey back to Kampala. You will have an enroute lunch and on arrival to Kampala, you will be dropped off at Entebbe international airport for your flight back home or any place of advise.
